Terms and conditions


I fully understand that all the imported parts in The quotation in the below-showing number Following under the parts or accessories that are manufactured specially or coming with special technical specifications and for example with no limitation (painted ready body parts– keys - Electronic Parts – some of the tire sizes – VIN-related Parts …. Etc) which can be taken from two months to seven months due to manufacturing and shipping circumstances, for that, I acknowledge that I did understand and do not mind ordering the imported parts that mentioned in the quotation. And I also note that I have no right to return the amount of payment for ordering the imported parts or accessories within the mentioned quotation in absence of a complete process of purchase and receiving upon arrival.

أنا أتفهّم كلّياً بأن كل القطع المستوردة في التسعيرة التالية-الرقم الظاهر التابع لقطع الغيار و الاكسسوارات وذلك للتصنيع الخاص أو الأتيان مع مواصفات تقنية خاصة وذلك على سبيل المثال بلا حصر (قطع الغيار المصبوغة الجاهزة – المفاتيح – القطع الآلكترونية – بعض مقاسات الإطارات – القطع المتعلقة برقم الشاصي ... الخ) بما قد تأخذ المدة مابين الشهرين إلى ما يعادل السبعة أشهر وذلك بسبب التصنيع وظروف الشحن، وبهذا أقر بأني فهمت ولا أمانع في طلب الأجزاء المستوردة المذكورة في التسعيرة. وأشير أيضًا إلى أنه لا يحق لي إعادة مبلغ الدفع لطلب قطع الغيار أو الإكسسوارات المستوردة ضمن التسعيرة المذكورة في حالة عدم وجود عملية شراء واستلام كاملة عند الوصول.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

H-D Saudi Arabia Online Store orders can be returned within 3 days of the shipping date for a refund to the original form of payment (but we will deduct the bank charges) or we can issue the full paid amount as chrome points to your account (which you can use to buy products later).

 

FREE IN-STORE RETURNS
You can return items for free at the Harley-Davidson® Dhahran, Jeddah, and Riyadh dealerships. Be sure to present the original packing and proof of purchase so our staff can best assist you. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment within 3 business days after initiating your return at the store (bank charges will be deducted) or we can issue the full paid amount as chrome points to your account (which you can use to buy products later).

 

RETURN POLICY
Offer items are not eligible for return or exchange. Also, personal products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Electronic or Electrical items are not eligible for return or exchange.

All returned items must be in the original packaging and original condition. This includes all product tags, instructions, hardware, and accessories. 
All returned items must not be scratched, soiled, or damaged due to wear or installation. 
A leather jacket must be returned in its own individual box and packaged to prevent it from getting damaged during transit. Please use a separate shipping carton(s) if you are returning multiple items from your order.



 

 

 

RECEIVED WRONG ITEM
If in the case received the wrong order or item(s), let us know. You can email us at ecom@harley-davidson-sa.com or give us a call on 050 062 1670 9 (Parts and Accessories), 053 508 8695 (Motorclothes) between 9 am-6 pm, Saturday through Thursday, or visit to our Dhahran, Jeddah or Riyadh dealership.

 

EXCHANGES
You can email us at ecom@harley-davidson-sa.com or give us a call on 050 062 1670 9 (Parts and Accessories), 053 508 8695 (Motorclothes) between 9 am-6 pm, Saturday through Thursday, or visit to our Dhahran, Jeddah or Riyadh dealership.


NOTE

In all the above cases, if the customer is unable to visit the store for the aforementioned, then the customer will be responsible to bear the shipping charges.

 

Back Order Policy / Term & Conditions as per H-D Motor Company Europe & local Customs SASO- SABER TR /Textile Regulations:

As usual, upon arrival of shipment and order products @Dealer will notify the customer and arrange to release the (paid) order item accordingly on ASAP (Terms & Conditions apply)
